STUCCO & PLASTERS
Traditional masonry stucco is a cement-based plaster that is applied over walls and other surfaces inside and outside of buildings. It is made from cement, sand, and lime and hardens into a highly durable material that requires little maintenance. Like traditional decorative plaster, stucco can be troweled, brushed, or otherwise textured to create a variety of finish effects. Stucco typically is applied over a galvanized wire mesh called lath, which helps the stucco adhere to the supporting structure and strengthens the entire assembly. Stucco usually is mixed on-site and is applied in three coats.

By optimizing polymer modification of mineral based stucco and addition of unique admixtures and fiber reinforcement, Our Engineers were able to combine the advantages of cement-based plasters and acrylic coatings while eliminating the shortcomings of each type, producing a new hybrid class of renders.
Durability
Stucco is a very durable material to use for the side of your home, as this cement mixture can last up to 50 years with little to no maintenance. Since stucco expands and contracts with the weather, this reduces the risk of cracking or falling apart under the pressure of the changing seasons. Once a contractor properly waterproofs the stucco’s exterior, it will also be resistant to mildew, mold and rot.
Crack resistance
The advanced modern polymers in our stucco, plasters & renders formulation vastly enhance the flexibility of the render, providing much higher resistance to surface cracks than traditional cement-based plasters.
Extreme adhesion
Adhesion strength that is far superior to traditional cement-based plasters, in some cases allowing application on fair faced concrete and cement boards without the need for a key coat or primer.
Thin application
Our Stucco & R enders’ high adhesion strength and superior workability allow to be installed in thicknesses as little as 2 mm, vastly reducing cost and opening up new application possibilities such as easy renovation.
